Sensaphonics is proud to be Shure’s preferred provider of custom-fit sleeves for their universal-fit earphones. Our soft-gel silicone custom sleeves provide a secure fit, long-wearing comfort, and improve performance by providing a deeper, tighter seal for improved isolation. It’s the next best thing to custom earphones!

Sensaphonics Custom Sleeves are available for most Shure earphones. For the current SE Series models, we developed a full-shell sleeve, which was necessary in order to deliver a secure fit for the SE846 model. All other current SE Series models are supplied with the low profile half-shell sleeve pictured, or with the full-shell sleeve on request.

Because the SE535, 425, 315, and 215 are all the exact same size, our custom sleeves are interchangeable among these models. Thus, sleeves purchased for the SE215 can be used when upgrading to the SE425 or SE535 (but will not fit the SE846). For legacy (discontinued) Shure earphones, see below to learn whether your model accepts Sensaphonics sleeve. Simply specify your model when ordering.
