Diamond warranties include standard coverage as well coverage for malfunctions due to accidental damage from handling (ADH). This includes malfunctions due to liquid damage that were the result of an accident. All types of accidental damage, including liquid damage, will be covered at the discretion of Mack Camera.
This extended warranty covers all parts and labor for cameras up to $500 for three (3) years from the date of purchase. The
equipment will be guaranteed to operate properly according to
manufacturer's specifications and Mack will repair or replace the
equipment no extra charge to you, (this includes all parts and labor).
The diamond warranty covers damage that a normal warranty will not
cover, such as:
- Accidental Damage
- Unintentional Abuse
- Impact damage
- San/Grit Damage
- Mechanical Malfunctions
- Excessive wear and tear
