How do I return an item?

Please contact us if there is a problem at [email protected]. All claims for defective items must be made within 30 days of purchase. (No Exceptions) All returns must include all accessories and boxes. Serial numbers must match serial numbers on the box as well as our records. Return Authorization Number is required for all returned goods. A 10 % restocking fee will be applied to all non-defective returns. All return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
